All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Below are our standard estimates:

If your tracking link doesn’t show movement, please allow some time — your package is on its way!
